Aikido: The study of harmonious power
Aikido is a non-competitive martial art that explores dynamics between partners within the context of Japanese culture. The study of aikido increases flexibility, endurance, and balance. Most students find that it reduces stress and increases the ability to focus. In Aikido we strive for agatsu: the control of ourselves.
Bloomington Aikido @ Indiana University
Bloomington Aikido has a decades-long tradition of bringing this Japanese Martial Art to Indiana University students and residents of Bloomington and the surrounding communities.
